Product Registration & Marketing Communications
When you register a product with Innovative Pet Lab, we collect the information you provide, including your contact details and product information. We use this information to provide product support, verify warranty coverage, and develop customized treatment plans or solutions tailored to you and your pet.
If you consent, we may also use this information to send you promotional emails about new products, offers, or personalized recommendations. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or contacting us directly.

Text Messaging

Note: IPL may use information and data generated from submitted samples—including laboratory results, metrics, and analytical findings—for internal reporting, research and development, product improvement, quality control, industry insights, and aggregated analytics. All such data will be de-identified or aggregated so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you or your pet. IPL does not sell, share, or disclose any personal information to third parties except as described in this Policy or as required by law.
Data Sharing Policy
We may share your pet’s data, including test results, trends, or biological insights, under the following circumstances:
- With authorized veterinary professionals, wellness practitioners, or consultants you work with through IPL.
- With research partners for scientific, clinical, or product development purposes. Any shared data will be de-identified unless otherwise agreed.
- With third parties if required by law or regulation.
- At IPL’s discretion, if we determine that sharing your pet's data is in the best interest of improving services, supporting research, or contributing to public or veterinary knowledge.
Important: While we respect your privacy, by using our services, you consent to IPL sharing your pet’s data when we deem it appropriate, including with partners, researchers, or for internal use.
Do Not Track: Some website and platform browsers may be able to send a “do not track” signal to websites. This Site does not respond to do not track signals or similar mechanisms and requests.
Ownership and Rights
You retain ownership of your pet’s physical sample. IPL retains ownership of all data derived from the analysis of that sample and any intellectual property developed using such data.

- Request access to your data
- Request corrections to or deletion of your personal data (excluding test results, which we may retain for clinical or operational use, and subject to certain exceptions under applicable law)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
Important: The exact scope of these rights vary by state. There are also several exceptions where we may not have an obligation to fulfill your request.
