My cat passed away before I could send the sample off, but the system seems easy to use and like a good value! When I get another cat I’ll definitely try this out.

Great product! Once I was able to get hair from my cat and sent it in, the turnaround time was very good. We got our report and found some of the reasons why my cat would upchuck at times. Very helpful information.

I really love everything about this product. I have 4 cats and that did make it a bit tough to catch the right one in the litter box so I knew whose sample I was collecting. Finally got the cat I wanted entering the box, so I put on the rubber glove and caught the specimen before it hit the litter (minimal litter contamination is requested for the sample). I followed the step-by-step directions provided in the kit which are really nice to have - you can’t mess it up, it’s very clearly laid out. Popped the sample in the collection tube and off it went in the mail. Waiting for results yet, but I am really looking forward to what comes back as this kitty sometimes has issues with random bouts of looser stool. Registering the kit is really easy and the website is really great for answering any questions you might have with the process. I am definitely interested in testing my other cats in the future!
