Refund policy

This only applies to tests purchased on the IPL website. If you purchased your test through one of our partners, please contact them directly.

Refunds:

• If you ordered a test and it has not yet shipped, you are eligible for a full refund
• If you have received your kit and it has been within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a $15 handling fee.
• If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, you are not eligible for a refund.
• For any questions on the policy, please contact us via our form.

Returns:

• We do not accept a returned kit. Please recycle any unused or unwanted kits.

Cancellations:

• You can cancel an order prior to shipment. Once a kit is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please see the refund policy for any questions or contact us via our form.
