Shipping policy

Test kits are shipped to the client via USPS Ground. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping costs are included in the price of the test.

This shipping policy applies only to tests purchased directly through the Innovative Pet Lab (IPL) website. If you purchased your test through one of our retail or veterinary partners, please contact them directly regarding shipping and fulfillment.
