Maggie I send my test on 1-26-2026. It’s now 4-7-2026 and I have received no notification from the company about what could have happened. I have emailed and called, the call ends up going to someone’s personal cell number in Georgia and there is no mention of the company name in the voicemail recording. No one responded to my email. Overall this has been a major waste of money and also just plain weird. I would expect a company whose product is available on Chewy to be able to communicate with a customer. I’m honestly jealous of the people who got results back, as our cat has had skin issues for a long time and I’m trying to do everything I can to help him.

Kathie Great product! Once I was able to get hair from my cat and sent it in, the turnaround time was very good. We got our report and found some of the reasons why my cat would upchuck at times. Very helpful information.
